That's what Moses named this little guy, getting the name from his current favorite movie. This is my first attempt at making anything plush - I got the pattern from Bit of Whimsy Prims on etsy. I think he turned out pretty great for a first try, but since I am a perfectionist, we will be keeping this guy rather than gifting him as first intended. I wanted to try using this minky fabric for the body, and even though it was really slippery, it worked fine. However, I think he might look cuter if his head and body fabric match. I've already cut out the fabric for attempt #2 and hope to sew him up soon.Monday, December 6, 2010

I was thinking, when I am home I can draw you patterns of anything you want! don't worry, I've taken sewing classes so I understand how patterns work, too :)
I did not know that you had to baste quilts.
Yep, you do, though not in the same way you would baste a turkey. :)
